ik denk een 0-tje teveel, anders begint het op een tankwagen / redvoertuig combinatie te worden....  

Bij SBS6 hadden ze het inderdaad over 1600 liter

Inmiddels wordt er in Almere ook getest en geoefend met het combivoertuig

In de UK zijn ze niet heel erg enthousiast over de combi-voertuigen....

I have herd that Central Scotland,Lothian & Borders,Dumfries & Gallaway,Suffolk and all the other fire and rescue service`s over here in the UK have put all there Magirus Multistar`s on hold or seeking legal action see above link.
This is because they are to heavy on a 18 ton chassis 4x2 if they put them on a 26 ton chassis with 6x2 they should not be a problem I hope the fire service in Netherlands are following this.
The best one`s are Bronto and Vema from Finland ...........We also have Hilton Engineering/Plastisol examples over here they are having technical problems as well but hope to sort them out soon these are with South Yorkshire and Humberside fire and rescue service.

Vertaling voor diegenen die engels niet zo goed machtig zijn:

ik heb gehoord dat Central Scotland,Lothian & Borders,Dumfries & Gallaway,Suffolk en alle andere brandweerkorpsen in Groot-Brittannië allemaal hun Magirus Multistar buiten dienst hebben gezet en/of bezig zijn met gerechtelijke stappen.
Dit komt omdat ze te zwaar zijn op een 4x2 18 tons chassis, op een 26tons 6x2 zou het geen enkel probleem moeten zijn, ik hoop dat de Nederlandse korpsen dit meekrijgen en er rekening mee houden
De beste zijn Bronto en Vema uit Finland..  Er zijn ook Hilton engineering/Plastisol exemplaren, die hebben ook technische problemen maar daar hopen ze snel vanaf te zijn. Deze hebben ze bij South Yorkshire and Humberside fire and rescue service.

op de website komt de multistar niet meer voor.recent is een voertuig van de firma geamex-schmitz aan een duitse luchthaven geleverd welke voorzien is van een door de firma klaas geproduceerde mast en magirus korf identiek aan die op de multistar doch voorzien van schmitz stickers.
ik vermoed dat net als met de cella masten magirus de samenwerking heeft beeindigd en bezig is met de ontwikkeling van een eigen lijn aerial platforms.
