Shocking video has been released showing a woman pushing a pram across a railway crossing just moments before a train passes.
The near-miss took place near Wareham station in Dorset.
Other pedestrians, who are waiting at the gate, watch on in horror as the female speeds up to avoid the oncoming passenger service.
The footage has been made public by Network Rail for its Don't Run The Risk campaign, which highlights the dangers of irresponsible behaviour at level crossings.
