INVITATION
On Behalf of the Slovenian Motorcycle Response Unit you are cordially invited to the 2nd International Fire & EMS Motorcycle Response Unit Association congress to be held in Koper, Slovenia from the 15-18 September-2011.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The official language of the congress will be English, however certain language accommodations can be made with advance notice.
Attendance to the congress is FREE OF CHARGE (except travel and accommodations)
Deadline for registration is 1-May-2011.
Deadline for abstract’s submission for speakers is 1-June-2011.
Special hotel accommodations shall be at the Hotel Bio in Koper (
www.hotel-bio.si), 50-70 Euro/day
We encourage any department that can find a way to bring one of their MRUs to try to do so as there shall be some motorbike activities for participants. Protected storage of the MRUs will be assured.
There shall be a motorcycle ride from Budapest to Koper departing on the 14-September in the morning for arrival in Koper by late afternoon.
Shuttle service from two major airports shall be available, Trieste, Italy (closest) and Budapest, Hungary with prior arrangement.
There shall be available space for sponsors to exhibit. Please forward requests any ideas.
