Brand in papierloods Parenco Renkum

RENKUM - In een papierloods van Norske Skog Parenco in Renkum heeft vrijdagochtend brand gewoed. Er is niemand gewond geraakt.

De loods zelf stond niet in brand, wel een grote berg papier in de loods. De brandweer had het vuur snel onder controle. Met een shovel is het papier uit elkaar gehaald, zodat de brandweerlieden de brand sneller konden blussen. De productie heeft geen hinder ondervonden van de brand.

De politie doet onderzoek naar de oorzaak van de brand.
