Situatie is dat je nu eerst 112 gaat bellen nog voordat je buikstoten of tussen de schouders /op de rug geslagen hebt.

In de oude richtlijn belde je pas 112 als die acties niet succesvol bleken.

Administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) immediately to a person suffering from cardiac arrest, can save the life in most situations

CPR should be part of the curriculum in the schools

people must have adequate information on CPR and how to administer it in case of an emergency case

Teams from Hamad International Training Center (HITC), in addition to about 250 healthcare volunteers representing Qatar Red Crescent Society, Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC), Medical Services Department at the Ministry of Interior, Medical Services Corps of the Qatar Army, and the Medical Unit at Qatar Petroleum, will conduct demonstrations on the hands-only CPR technique across Doha. More than 400 CPR mannequins will be used in the events to help the public learn hands-only CPR, and 50 stations will be set up along the Doha Corniche to demonstrate and teach the technique

Mass CPR training planned in Silverdale

SILVERDALE — Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue is aiming to train 800 people in CPR and how to electrically shock someone's heart back into a normal rhythm.

In fact, instructors won't be teaching mouth-to-mouth at allduring the training. That practice has been dropped in favor of focusing on deep and properly paced chest compressions.
