The next location was Oosterheem where we found two tankautospuits (both DAF LF) and this very nice Rescue Vehicle - a DAF LF with Ziegler bodywork.

At our next stop we were a bit unlucky. Wassenaar was due to collect their brand new MAN 4x4 Tankautospuiten the very next day after our visit! Not a problem though as it is a good excuse to go back and visit. The personnel at Wassenaar were very friendly - they were a husband and wife team!!
I missed getting a photograph of their Mercedes 1120AF/Rosenbauer as I was talking to a Firefighter. Apparently they had a large fire in a thatched roof (strodak) the previous day.

This is a DAF 55/Ziegler from 2000

We had a look at the Brandweer Museum at Wassenaar before travelling back into Rotterdam to Prins Alexander station. Again, the guys were so friendly and helpful.

This is their TAS - a MAN LE220B with Ziegler bodywork.

The Rescue Vehicle at Prins Alexander was a MAN LE250 with Hoogstaal bodywork and a Palfinger crane.
